About The Ramsey Facility
Established in 1994, the Oldcastle Precast plant in Ramsey, Minnesota is designed to manufacture a variety of precast products. Situated on 20 acres, the newly expanded 54,200 sq. ft manufacturing facility houses both heated manufacturing and warehouse space. It is located 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis, a short distance off highway 10.
Ramsey manufacturing facility has recently been expanded to increase the flexibility of the Ramsey location. The new facility houses a new batch plant, cement and fly ash silo, aggregate bins, and a 15 ton crane. Products currently being provided from this facility include underground power and communication vaults, Convault, Fuel vaults, Star Track, inlets, light pole bases, pump stations, and bridges. The delivery area supported by this facility includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
